Multi-touch Augmented Reality System
The project Multi-touch Augmented Reality System - princípy a prostriedky (MARS) is funded by Slovak government agency APVV. The scope of the MARS project is to develop methods of interaction with an augmented reality system by means of multi-touch input devices. In addtion to the possibilities of standard multi-touch displays, we also experiment with gesture-based and motion-based interaction
This project is supported by grant no. VMSP-II-0035-09

We cooperated with the specialists in dermatology from the Department of Pediatric Dermatovenerology, Children's Hospital Bratislava-Kramáre. Our goal is to develop an automated data processing algorithm and, subsequently, visual analysis methods using data from the optical spectrophotometer. This system will allow for non-invasive diagnosis and evaluation of several skin diseases. Our humble contribution to this effort is the development of data-oriented methods and user-oriented visualization software that helps to compare, filter and process the spectral curves of light-skin interactions as measured by the device.
